I have many interests, and this website covers my art and some of my spiritual interests. Those are covered in more detail in pages you can find in the Navigation bar above, including my connection with Amantha Murphy, founder of the Way of the Seabhean.

I also provide coaching in using technology, for people who struggle even with basics on their computer or when their programs update and things change, and for people who want to create an online presence for their hobby, business or organization. I am an artist, scholar and writer, with interests in history, psychology, arts and architecture, what makes people tick, the human spirit, the mechanics of the universe. Travel is one of my main interests, to experience other cultures and see history. I'm Canadian, and have lived my entire life in British Columbia. My family moved a lot when I was growing up, and I went to 8 different schools. After high school, I did 4 years of Fine Arts at Kootenay School of Art in Nelson, BC. I went to the University of Victoria and lived for 8 years in Victoria, BC. The rest of my adult life I've lived in Nelson, a beautiful city with a strong artistic community, and in Oliver, a small friendly town in the wine-growing area of the South Okanagan.
